Fred Ciccotelli

President

Fred’s communication career began in 1974 as a Crypto voice and data tech for an installation squadron in the Air Force. He then moved to Silicon Valley and worked with some of the major players in the communications industry. Fred has provided technical and sales support for Nortel, General Dynamics, United Technologies ROLM, IBM and Siemens.

Fred has engineered, managed and installed large systems for Sprint, Intel, Fred Meyer, Weyerhaeuser, City/County wide systems in Washington and Oregon and large call center customers for Health Care and Insurance companies such as Farmers, State Farm, Blue Cross, Kaiser and Health Net. Fred’s experience in call centers and voice and data networking is extensive.

Fred established Telesphere over 20 years ago and has been providing support for local customers and working as a subcontractor for larger interconnects that require a local presence in the Portland area.

Fred is an avid fisherman and when off the job he can be found on Oregons North coast fishing, crabbing or clamming our many rivers, bays and the Pacific ocean.

Jordan Brown

Operations Manager

Jordan is responsible for daily operations and project management and is here to assist you with every stage of your project from design through implementation and future maintenance and service. Jordan first joined the industry with Tualatin Telecom, Telesphere’s sister company, in 2002 as a system installation assistant. With an early entrance to the industry his family has been involved with for decades, he is now following in their footsteps. After earning degrees in web design and business administration, Jordan joined Telesphere in 2008 as a technician.

Mike Ciccotelli

Service Manager

Mike is Telesphere’s oldest employee and is a legacy member of the industry. Mike is an expert network installer, phone technician and project manager. Mike moved to Portland directly after college to join Telesphere in 2005 and has since mastered job-site management, system programming and troubleshooting and service management. Mike is also responsible for training the future generations of the telecom industry through our partnership with IEC Oregon, a premier apprenticeship training agency.
